Erica was quite thorough an friendly WOW. -- everyone at smiles treat me like royalty as routine but go way beyond the call for veterans. Thanks a million. Went in yesterday for a cleaning and a filling - got three fillings, a cleaning, flouride treatment and a slice of pizza. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Understand that while Smiles of Chattanooga states they accept your insurance, they are not a participating provider with any insurer and may not accept your insurer's remittance as payment in full. I just had to pay more than $200 for a preventive exam that would have been covered in full with another provider. They do not make this clear when you call. I would not have gone there otherwise.
