  This guy sees a smile and each tooth is blinging dollar signs. I was a teen when my mother started taking me to see him. I can't count the amount of times I still felt pain while he was drilling. That, and I'd go to him because I'd found one cavity and he'd find the most superficial marks on the teeth and insist they needed drilling too. One time.. in the middle of a procedure he looks at a tooth that I wasn't complaining about and says "oh look that one needs one too" and just starts drilling away without asking my permisison or discussing payment, and when his assistant asks "are you going to charge him for that?" concerned about the fact that he just broke the law by doing dental work he hadn't gone over with the patient, He says "Of course I'm going to charge him!" On another occasion I went to him with tooth pain. He started a root canal on the wrong tooth, refused to admit it when I told him I was still having pain days later, kept me on narcotic painkillers for over a month rather than accept the fact that he got the wrong tooth. I ended up having to see an endo who had no choice but to complete the root canal on the tooth that was never hurting me because it had already been started, and start and finish a new root canal on the actual painful tooth right next to it. I WISH I HAD NEVER COME ACROSS THIS GUY. He did work on me that could have probably gone several years without treatment, and now that age has worn his work out.. I'm probably going to have to replace or crown most of my upper front teeth. I was never there looking for a perfect smile.. just to fill some obvious cavities. As an adult I am terrified of dentists after the years with this guy.. even after finding a dentist I actually enjoy and trust that actually knows how to numb an area before doing any work on it.
