  Been using this group for about two years. On every appointment, I have experienced having to wait for at least 25 minutes after my scheduled time. My last appointment I waited over an hour and ended up just seeing the nurse for about 10 minutes. Emily Brewer (nurce practicure) had never arrived at the office when I finally left. As I left the scheduler appoligized for the way my appointment had gone and told me there would not be a co-pay charge. But about two weeks later, I received a bill for the co-pay. Called Pam in billing and she told me that since I had seen the nurse I was being charged for the appointment. My insurance tells me that I did not see the Doctor, I should not be charged for a Specialist Doctor co-pay rate. I have since scheduled with another skin doctor.
