  This office is incompetent! I schedule a annual physical and go to my appointment and have to literally tell them to at least run a few blood tests to check things I know I had trouble with last year. They bill my me and insurance as a normal office visit rather than my annual exam which is not covered under my insurance. The office manager then tells me it is my responsibility to make sure THEY put in the correct codes when I have the visit. Of course this is why I called because they used the wrong codes. However, they refuse to change the billing codes saying it is my fault that THEY did not bill this correctly and record my appointment properly. The doctor is nice but you will literally pay for going there because their office staff is incompetent.
